- 20g ground coffee Medium grind (texture of sand, doesn’t compress)
- 300g Water 198-203 degress (~40g for initial bloom)
- Digital Scale
- Hario V60 Pour Over
- Hario V60 filter
- Vessel to brew into
- Gooseneck style pouring kettle (allows for precise water flow)
- Timer or Timer App
